Hi, I'm Andrea. 

Today, I am a personal trainer and an autoimmune disease expert who has worked with over 10,000 women living with autoimmune disease, helping them overcome their autoimmune disease limitations and get back to exercise that helps them feel great in their bodies. 

But just a few short years ago, I was newly diagnosed with multiple autoimmune diseases and I was in the thick of it. Most days, I was barely hanging on. If I did one too many activities, my body would scream and the pain and exhaustion would wipe me out. But it was impossible not to do all the things! I had a job, a family, a house- responsibilities! I felt completely stuck, miserable in my own body.

I realized that the biggest problem with autoimmune disease is that nobody ever told me what to expect. I was never educated about the symptoms I would experience. Nobody told me that symptoms would come and go. Nobody told me to expect "symptom flare-ups". If they had, maybe I wouldn't have felt so overwhelmed and scared. Because when my symptoms flare-up and my pain increased, I didn't know what to do. I had zero tools in my toolbox to fix the problem.

Over time, I started to figure out my body's triggers- what made these symptoms worse and what made them better. I started to realize that this flare-up cycle wasn't permanent and that there were things I could do to help myself.

Fast forward to today- I have figured out a path towards flare-up management, one that really works. And it has worked for thousands of others too!
